We
promote an 'In House' engineering department where servicing and
repairs are carried out personally by Gary. Our rates
are extremely competitive with collection and delivery as part of
the personal service.
A wide range
of batteries, chargers, tyres and tubes are held in stock. We also
service equipment on a contract basis for various charities and
hospices.
Bayliss Mobility
provide a hiring service for a wide range of mobility equipment
on a daily, weekly and monthly
basis.

In
October 2010 Gary and Carol received the 'Service with a smile'
Community Award 2010. This was a great achievement for them
both thus proving that they really do care for their customers.
One of the nominators quoted that Gary and Carol 'Go out of
their way to provide brilliant customer service to the elderly
and disabled people of York and the surrounding area. Nothing

Vat
Exemption
We offer exemption from paying Vat under Group 12 Schedule 8 of
the 1994 Vat Act. This means that any person who is chronically
ill or disabled is entitled to Vat exemption on signing a basic
declaration. This can be signed by a carer, trustee or relative
on behalf of the person if they are not able to do so themselves.
Please note that Vat exemption does not apply to all products.
Delivery
Delivery times depend on item ordered, particularly if you are ordering
a specialised product. We can tell you an approximate delivery time
when you order and will always do our best to honour this. A usual
delivery time would be 3 working days providing an item is in stock. |
