Bayliss Mobility are a family-run Yorkshire based company, supplying Mobility Aids  and Adaptations all over the country from our shop in York.

Bayliss Mobility are extremely competitive within the market as we constantly strive to improve ourselves in quality, pricing and service – a strong belief within the company is that a pleasant and efficient service is an integral part of our growth, and the ‘family’ values laid down when the company was first formed are still an important factor.

FAQ’s

Vat Exemption

We offer exemption from paying Vat under Group 12 Schedule 8 of the 1994 Vat Act. This means that any person who is chronically ill or disabled is entitled to Vat exemption on signing a basic declaration. This can be signed by a carer, trustee or relative on behalf of the person if they are not able to do so themselves. Please note that Vat exemption does not apply to all products.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on item ordered, particularly if you are ordering a specialised product. We can tell you an approximate delivery time when you order and will always do our best to honour this. A usual delivery time would be 3 working days providing an item is in stock.
